Gates Homes was founded by owner, Mike Gates in 1983 and specializes in mid-size home building in Kingman, AZ. We build our houses utilizing Universal Design, Xeriscape landscaping for easy maintenance in our unique climate and with energy efficiency in mind. All construction is owner-supervised with 24/7 availability for any questions or concerns you may have as your home is being built.
