The Domus Collection offers a new style of homes designed over two thousand years ago. It is an urban villa featuring an open courtyard of beautiful and peaceful pools and gardens, where residents will enjoy fun outdoor and indoor living. Homes within the Domus Collection are carefully designed around a private courtyard. The Domus Collection residents will have ample space to expand their garage adjacent to the gatehouse. With courtyard views, residents will enjoy an evening glass of wine and morning latte within their secret garden and entertain their family and friends in a unique setting.

At New LeafBuilders, we are pleased to be part of the Domus Collection. It is a unique community that brings families and neighbors together. Our Domus Collection was inspired by our newest designs, the Vicolo series, unique designs that expand on our amazing Roman villa. With the success of the Domus Collection, New LeafBuilders look forward to introducing new designs.

Each Domus Collection home will include New Leaf Builder’s signature courtyard, with an optional casita, potter’s shed, cabana and gazebo to enhance your possibilities and living space. At New Leaf Builder’s, we allow our clients to bring their unique designs or choose from our wide selection of floor plans. All our Domus Collection plans feature an optional detached villa to expand your living space. Residents have the freedom to choose how to use their space by selecting a complete kitchen with a casita or cabana option or a full recreation or living suite with a gazebo or potter’s shed options. You can also add a swimming pool to your yard for the ultimate experience for your family and guests.
