The 13 townhomes and five-story multi-family apartment complex are part of US Construction's newest residential development in Northern Liberties, "Liberty Park Place." Above a first-floor business space, the building will have twenty-five units. The flats are either one or two bedrooms (with one bathroom per bedroom) and range in size from 550 to 1050 square feet. Each unit also has an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area, as well as ample closet space and a washer and dryer.

On the same floor as each unit, there is a dedicated supplementary storage place.
