Building a new home is one of the most exciting experiences you will ever have. Las Ventanas Homes' goal is to make this process as simple as possible while removing any potential stumbling blocks. As the first step in the design process, determine which of our tried-and-true floor plans is the best fit for you and your family. Following that, we'll conduct a series of free consultations to determine whether any changes are required to better suit your needs and lifestyle.

After you've approved the floorplan, you'll work with our interior designer to select the best finishes for your personal style and budget. We'll provide you with a list of standard finishes that come with your home, and our model will show you how they look. The construction phase begins once we've decided on floor plans and finishes. We set up meetings at the home site to monitor progress and answer questions based on your schedule. We believe that open lines of communication are critical to completing the project on time and on budget.

The day you move in, your relationship with Las Ventanas Homes does not end. You can be confident that we will continue to monitor your situation and make certain that you are completely satisfied.
