Diverge Homes is committed to building townie life. Their most recent development breaks ground in the Spring of 2022. Erie Junction is located in Erie’s Old Town district at the intersection of County Line Road and Malcolm. Erie Junction will feature a total of 23 well crafted homes that are primarily duplexes. Each home will have a private backyard as well as detached garages with a separate work space loft on top of it.

Diverge Homes tends to take a less traditional approach when it comes to building homes. When most developers nowadays prefer the easiest and fastest way to finish a project, Diverge Homes prefers to take the road less travelled but one that is more beneficial to the environment, the town, and its residents. They do this by favoring infills, also known as “Land Recycling,” over sprawl. Doing so brings in more diversity to small towns, not only enriching each clients’ lives, but nourishing the community’s relationships as well.

Erie, CO has a fantastic library and a number of amazing schools. There are endless options for restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, etc. Outdoor enthusiasts would be delighted to know that there are over 13,000 acres of parks and open space waiting to be explored. Rocky Mountain National Park and Red Rocks are only a short drive away from Erie. All of these are proof that you do not have to sacrifice life’s modern conveniences to indulge in small town living, which is what Diverge Homes’ mission is all about.
