Deal Construction Company is a custom builder interested in quality construction and specializing in turnkey projects. In conjunction with James H. Deal and Associates Architects, we provide complete client services, beginning with architectural services including design, (each project starts with a blank sheet of paper) engineering and working drawings necessary for construction permits, and concluding with the necessary construction services for a completed project. The strength of our company is the close relationship between the design aspect of the construction process and the actual construction of the project. This allows for an early focus on the style elements of the project that allows each project to be unique to each individual client while making allowances for any possible construction or budgetary restrictions. Deal Construction is a small family business that is supported solely through the referrals of families and businesses that have previously employed our services. We pride ourselves in personal attention given to each client and our attention to detail that is ultimately reflected in our work. Our carpenters are Deal Construction employees, not subcontractors, with 12 to 25 years experience. These tradesmen are the underlying strength of our completed product, and allow us to expect a high standard and quality in the final detailing of a unique product.
