We are a Connecticut-based boutique luxury home builder. Typically, we build only a select number of custom homes each year in a way that allows us to offer a uniquely personalized experience to each of our clients. Over the last thirty years, we have been involved in the development of approximately one hundred and fifty residential building lots, as well as the construction and renovation of approximately two hundred homes. In addition, we have constructed more than two hundred thousand square feet of commercial space and continue to own and manage roughly a hundred thousand square feet of office, retail and industrial space.
