Ellis

The story of Ellis harkens back to a simpler time — sweet tea, front porches, neighbors you know and love, kids playing in the yard with other neighbor kids… “ghost man on third!” A game of kickball that ends with dinner around the table with the whole family. Ellis was developed in an attempt to support the most important things about being a human: space, trees, green grass, summertime pools, recreation that doesn’t require a 45-minute commute. At Ellis, we’ve taken a beautiful piece of land and we’ve preserved everything that makes it special – the topography, the wildlife, and as many trees as we could. We’ve got so much in store for you here. A lake for fishing, a swimming pool for those hot Georgia summer days, tennis courts, nature trails... basically all the space you need to “get out there” without ever leaving your neighborhood.
