We received quality service in all matters in purchasing our new home. All our concerns were met and dutifully taken care of very quickly.

Out of all the homes that I looked at, Richmond American Homes offered the best quality at the best price. Also, this was the only neighborhood where the current residents greeted me. I was impressed. I decided to buy the house that same day.

This is a second time I bought house from Richmond America.

The entire process was great. There were things that needed to be corrected, however, Richmond Homes made all that were needed/requested. Jessi and Denny were amazing to work with and on the lending side Erin and her Team were fantastic. We have lived in our new home for a month now and love it! Thank you Richmond Homes for building a quality home at an affordable price! We are so grateful and feel so blessed!

Our sales rep was amazing! She did everything to help us find the home we want and worked great with our relator to help negotiate in the things that really made us love this house more! Our sales rep went above and beyond to help us out when there were discrepancies with closing costs and other things.

I had a great experience with Richmond American Homes, specifically with the sales associate Todd and the builder Chris. They were very helpful with everything I needed. This was my first time buying a home, and they made sure to educate me and guide me through the entire process, making the transaction smooth. The financial team also did a great job. If you are a first-time homebuyer, you should definitely consider them. Whatever they told me at the start was exactly what I spent and received in the end.

Overall, we are happy with the process and quality of work. Yes, there were issues along the way, but the construction manager (Scott), sales agent (Michael), and loan officer (Chris) all went above and beyond to help get resolutions.

Eight years ago we had a home built in Thornton by Richmond American. Now, in October 2024, we bought another brand new home. We've been please from start to finish with our sales person Holly, the building team, and the finance team. We really like our house and are making it our permanent home. My wife and I highly recommend Richmond American Homes!!

In early August of this year my wife and I went scouting for neighborhoods to consider building our first "new" home in Virginia and stopped by Pendleton in Ruther Glen, VA due to its adjacency to a nice golf course. We met Jim L, sales professional, who was exceptional. Now this was a scouting visit, which six hours later turned into a purchase of our new home on the golf course. Jim kept us updated weekly with photos, texts, emails and recommendations of local businesses to support our needs. Al, our General Contractor, was great to work with, informative and down to earth. The whole process from start to finish was easy. Their mortage and down payment incentives was the cherry on the cake and was the easiest mortage process we have gone through, and this is our sixth home purchase. Believe it or not, our home wrapped up nearly a month early allowing us to enjoy the entire holiday season, not moving, but enjoying living in our new home. Truly a 5 star exerperience!. ... Más

Our experience with Richmond overcame all our expectations. We got a new built with 3.9% rate! Our sales associate negotiated drop-off the price, getting appliances and covering our current lease. All stuff was professional and supportive. We really love our new home. I was built with high quality and care of customers.

I had to have this home after being in it for just a couple minutes. Since it was ready to move in I asked for a short escrow and was in the home in 2 weeks after going into escrow. My sales agent and the superintendent have been great to work with. After walking through othe builders models this was by far the most impressive with the finishing touches.
