It was great process. This was my very first Richmond home purchase. This was one of my best home purchases ever.

Whitney, the salesperson, was great. She was very kind, especially during some delays by mortgage company. All issues have been addressed quickly and staff has been friendly and want to help. The quality of products used in the home is far higher than any other builders in the area. We love our RV garage and style of our home. Don't hesitate to buy a home from Richmond American Homes. We are very satisfied customers and would buy from them again.

David and Gabriel, in particular, went above and beyond in addressing a few issues we noted after moving in—they were incredibly responsive and supportive, which made a huge difference. I’ve been enthusiastically recommending this builder and community to my friends and family because I truly enjoy sharing the positive parts of my journey here. That said, I do want to be honest about one frustrating aspect: the sales department—especially Joey—made the initial process more stressful than it needed to be. We encountered several unexpected surprises during the purchase phase, and the communication style felt dismissive and at times unprofessional. It left a sour taste in our mouths and made us question whether we had made the right decision. Thankfully, every other part of the experience has more than made up for that rocky start.
