The Mill at Broadway Cottages is part of a vibrant community minutes from the downtown core with access to an amazing park, market building, urban farm and miles of bike trails, all just steps from your front door. Every Cottage has a private fenced yard for hosting outdoor gatherings, letting a pet stretch its legs, or soaking up some sunshine. Each Cottage building contains only one home, giving you the largest amount of independent space as possible. Park your car and walk directly into your home. Nothing can beat the privacy, security and flexibility of your own garage. Cottages Residence Two and Three are two-story homes with direct access to the ground-floor living area from the garage or street.

Sacramento’s Olympian’s Park is just steps away from your door, right at the heart of The Mill at Broadway. This park has been meticulously designed by one of the area’s most respected landscape design firms to enhance the overall experience of living at The Mill at Broadway. A 1/4-mile jogging loop that borders the perimeter of the park is the perfect place for a walk, jog, or run. A game court inside the park, adjacent to the picnic area, can be used for a variety of different games.

Jetting out from the park is a new bike path called Setzer Run which will traverse the entire community and soon connect to the Marina and Miller Park on the river via an unused railway underpass beneath I-5. This will provide a connection to the downtown River Promenade and the American River Parkway. Numerous walking paths meander through the park, bending around slopes and jutting through trees to make casual strolls and regular exercise both interesting and enjoyable.
