Their building process involves a very detailed personalized approach that includes a preconstruction orientation meeting with a builder representative who will review your home plans, contract documents including pre-approval document, and selection you’ve made, either from their design studio which is available online or from any other sources, as well as the construction process and major milestone of construction.
