Winthrop Center

Winthrop center is a “beyond all limitations” luxury condominium tower of resourceful and renewable office space for the 21st century located in Downtown, Boston. It is envisioned to be the largest passive house office building in the world surpassing LEED Platinum to set the most rigorous global standards for energy and efficiency with up to sixty-five percent less energy consumed than the Boston average. It will also reduce water use by forty percent, saving 1.8 million gallons of water per year.

Winthrop Center is guaranteed to push the outer boundaries of how a commercial building can not only serve its inhabitant but also serve a higher purpose and the greater good with features like energy recovery ventilation, continuous ventilation, and perfectly airtight. Built on the site of a defunct Winthrop Square Garage in the financial district, the Winthrop Center would stand as the fourth tallest building in Boston, Massachusetts when it is completed in 2023.

The Winthrop Center would be a fifty-three-story, six hundred and ninety-one-foot tall tower that will feature five hundred ultra-luxury condominiums and seven hundred and fifty thousand square feet of commercial space. It will also feature a twelve thousand square foot Great Hall for public use. This Great Hall will provide a new link between Winthrop Square and Federal Square and will also feature thirty-one square feet of retail and restaurants spaces as well as twenty-one thousand square feet of shared meeting spaces. This glorious tower will also house five levels of underground parking comprising five hundred and fifty garage spaces.
