The Premier Development AZ group of homebuilding and real estate companies began in 2003, founded by two of Arizona’s most experienced Homebuilders; Ron & Kelly Owsley. Premier Development AZ employs proven systems gleaned from years of experience in some of the world’s largest Public Homebuilding operations. Prior to forming Premier, Ron spent years as a senior manager for Pulte and Richmond American Homes. Kelly sold hundreds of New Homes for a number of Arizona builders including Richmond American before forming a private New Home Sales firm in 2002.Ron is a fourth generation Arizonan. His family has been in the Prescott area for nearly 150 years while Kelly’s family has been in southern Arizona for almost 100 years.
