Northland

Northland is a new community hidden in north Kalispell’s best location. With 60 acres of brand-new homes, Northland offers an exciting mix of established and new homes for you to choose from. The homes feature contrasting textures and colors, as well as walls at gable ends with battens or gable ornamentation. The exterior wall’s details and features include textured Battens around windows and doors, wall decor with contrast materials, and shutters at the window if appropriate to design.

Chimneys with custom chimney caps are popular features in the craftsman style, adding a touch of sophistication to the design. The Arts & Crafts Style features steeply pitched roofs and minimal overhangs, banded windows and wood trims on the exterior, exposed beams, brackets and square columns. This style was often used to express interest in traditional craftsman skills or to provide a more classical look for buildings. The minimum house size accepted by the community is 1300 square feet (sq. ft). There is considerable flexibility in the design of homes to meet the needs of homeowners and the community.
