This is our largest cape cod and has an abundance of features. The wrap around porch reverse gables window trim and multiple dormers add to the new england style of this home. The front porch invites you into the open two story foyer. There are a den and dining room flanking either side of the open foyer. The great room is centrally located with an optional fireplace and is open to the kitchen. The kitchen has an abundance of cabinetry and also features a large island. The laundry room is quite large and is located between the 3 car garage and the kitchen area. The sunroom in the rear of this home has patio doors and several windows to bring the sunshine in. There is also a powder room located off of the kitchen and sunroom area as well as a builders pantry. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with an over sized walk in closet.
