The company takes on home-only projects anywhere, foundation and set projects within 250 miles of Goshen, Indiana, and full turn-key modular home construction projects within 70 miles of Goshen. Next Modular also has project managers in other states who can oversee construction outside of the company’s usual radius. Next Modular will deliver and set your custom modular home. All you have to do is arrange the other site work. They will install the foundation and deliver/set your home. They coordinate everything from building permits all the way to final inspections, and hand you the keys at the end. Next Modular works with you to customize a modular home that fits your specifications. Once the home is built, Next Modular will deliver and set it up on the foundation. The rest of the work, including any exterior siding, trim, drywall, HVAC, well/septic hookups, landscaping, driveway paving, etc., is up to you to complete. Building permits and other such paperwork will also need to be handled by you separately from the construction of the modular home itself.
