Ascent at The Phoenician-archived

Cullum Homes has developed numerous award-winning communities throughout Arizona over the years. One of these communities is the Ascent Residential Community which is tucked into the base of Camelback Mountain. Living in this community will make you feel like you are living in paradise, on vacation, every day. Ascent is comprised of 51 elevated homesites that grant the residents access to breathtaking views as well as a world-famous luxury resort, The Phoenician. The Ascent Residential Community features one, two, and three-level detached residences with timeless designs. This gated community will ensure that you and your family are safe and sound within its gates.

Ascent homeowners can access The Phoenician by a trail that connects the two establishments. At The Phoenician, you will find The Marketplace, J&G Steakhouse, Mowry & Cotton, Thirsty Camel, Afternoon Tea, The Tavern, The Phoenician Spa, The Cactus Garden, and a first-class golf course along with a clubhouse. It’s completely understandable if you never want to leave The Phoenician with all of its luxurious amenities and dining options. After exploring The Phoenician, you can return to your home at Ascent and experience The Mountain Club which is a private club for homeowners that features a private pool, a fully-equipped fitness center, spaces for social gatherings, and a demonstration kitchen for cooking classes as well as private chef experiences. After a full day of activities, you can enjoy drinks by the pool, soak in the hot tub, and relax in your lavish home.
