We chose to use their financing and insurance. It was very affordable and easy. We had a problem getting some documents in a timely fashion. Their team was very patient with the process. I believe most other sellers would have pulled the deal but Pulte,/Centex stayed the course. We love our new home and neighborhood. Everyone has been very kind and accommodating.

I enjoyed my process with purchasing my home with Centex. I was informed every step of the way. Love the additional warranties that is provided shows that they stand behind their builds. Any issues that I have experienced after moving in was addressed immediately within a very reasonable timeframe. And I was again well informed.
