Good service and prices and upgrades

Wendolyn, Dawn, Kevin, Alex and Robert have all been great to work with. Kevin has been quick to respond to any questions we have had and to resolve any minor issues we had as well. So thankful to have found this home and community. Highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a quality built home. My plug in prius loves the house as well. LOL!

Price is high compared to the other builders in the marketplace but the quality of home construction, layout, floor plan is very spacious and elegant. That stood out for the price tag the homeowner pays for it.

Area is windy so bathroom vent gets noisy most of the time. Great smart home. Just wished that all rooms had data jacks and not only the 3 main ones or offer it as an optional upgrade. An awesome home to own for the price.

As with any construction, things don't always go perfectly but the warranty rep Angad has been responsive from day one when we met during the final walk through. He is very responsive, sympathetic, and goes above and beyond to ensure the entire process goes smoothly and that we enjoy our home.

We had an outstanding experience from the sales associate in the community to the regular updates from the construction manager to the resolution of minor issues after closing. I would definitely go with this builder again.
