The building project manager was on top of all the situations that arose during the construction. Delays in delivery of materials due to supply chain issues. Timely replacement of materials delayed to keep the project on schedule. The sales rep provided input to help us make appropriate decisions on the items selected for the build. This was our first new build experience so we were very apprehensive on what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised on the responsiveness to our many questions. We love our new home!

Even with COVID challenge, DRB still work fast to build the house and close on time. if there is any issue, they will fix it soon. Great builder, I like it

Dan Ryan seems to be highly organized and their pricing is fantastic. I would say their prices are below market rates, particularly on townhomes.

Zack and his team were open about things we should be concerned with, things that needed attention, and were honest throughout the building process. There was no conflicts during the entire process, if we saw something that needed attention, Zack took care of it.

It has been 3 months since we have moved into our new home and we are very pleased with the quality of workmanship that has been put into building our home. From the wall paint to the fixtures, everything was well done. Dan Ryan builders has made this experience a pleasant one for us from the start, and we continue to be very pleased with their work.
