The Farmlore community is being lovingly brought to life by proven local developer Vintage Homes and Land, led by homebuilding veteran Mick Richardson alongside a team of highly skilled land planners, architects, engineers, contractors and brand development specialists.

The Vintage Homes and Land development company was born out of Richardson’s vast experience in homebuilding and land development following the 2001 sale of his residential building company.

For the past 23 years, the company has been led by their vision to create a unique sense of community, steward the land and its natural resources and create places people are proud to call home.

Vintage Homes and Land’s innovative single-family residential and custom home communities can be found sprinkled throughout the Douglas County, Littleton, Aurora, Broomfield, Thornton, and Brighton, Colorado areas.
