I am very impressed. These people are one of the only homebuilders in Atlanta that seemed like they were building a home for me. I toured with four other builders - all seemed like they were more interested in selling me. Heatherland's homes appeared more thoughtfully constructed. And frankly, I liked the colors and finishes better than any one of the production homebuilders.
