We were lucky enough to get to work with Gracie, Conner, and their teams. They did a fantastic job building our home. They both went above and beyond what was expected, and we love our new home. Conner really took care of us when it came to building and finishing the house. For example, our inspector noticed a tiny dent in the front of our oven - my wife and I never would have seen it in a million years, but once you saw it, you couldn’t unsee it. We asked Conner if he could do anything about it, but with only a short time before closing, it seemed unlikely. Then, despite the short notice, a few days later, he told me he had gotten it taken care of for us, and it was fixed in time for closing. Gracie did a great job guiding us through the upgrade options. She was very easy to work with and I never felt pressured to get unnecessary upgrades. She was very knowledgeable about which upgrades other homeowners were especially happy with - we came to trust her insights. One specific upgrade she highly recommended was the deep inset for the primary shower floor instead of the base acrylic style.
