I'm glad out of all the builders that we chose a home built by James Monroe. My parents used another builder across the street from us and didn't have as much luck. James and his staff are great to work with and the warranty people were great to work with. I would definitely buy another James Monroe home. There were some loose ends to tie up but I would still do it over again. Next time I would like to do a custom home but I didn't have time this time because I was moving from out of town but I'
