Starting from signing the contract thru closing the home, we had a great experience with JW Team. The sales rep that we worked with was great, she patiently walked us through every details at the beginning and answered every question reasonably thru the home building process. The project manager assigned to our build was great as well. He was meticulously organized, paid attention to smallest details and made this home building journey enjoyable. Even after closing he kept answering questions and helped getting few after closing issues quickly fixed without going thru the support team. ...
