We've had a few minor issues with our new KHOV home and the warranty portal and vendors who have come to fix things have all been great.

We purchased the lot/house prior to construction so we were able to watch the house being built. We were impressed with the craftsmanship and the attention to detail that KHOV demonstrated. We closed on the property when they told us we would and they have been very responsive with any issues that we had ever since we moved in. Great experience so far !!

Home buying experience was excellent, from start to finish! Process was always made very clear, the team was always available and responsive to questions.
