Kyle was fantastic and saved the whole experience for us. He sent us photos to update us on progress while they were building, had us come by and walk the property at certain stages and explain what is happening. Very friendly, responds by phone, email, and text and helped us resolve a mistake that was made by an outside vendor that we used to for some options. He went back and had it corrected in a couple of days at not cost to us. Walked us through the whole process and brought Greg(Warranty Manager) over to meet us so he could help with post close questions. Greg was also amazing, ...
