Acerca de Landmark Homes

Founded in 1998 by brothers Cliff and Clair Weaver, Landmark Homes grew from their family’s experience in new home construction and their shared belief in quality craftsmanship and serving the local community. They founded Landmark with a vision to be the builder of excellence in Central Pennsylvania and a simple belief that every home should be treated with the same care and attention they would give their own. More than 25 years later, that vision continues to guide everything we do. Over the years, we have grown into a dedicated team committed to creating communities and homes designed around the way people live. We offer thoughtfully designed home plans and flexible design options, giving homebuyers the opportunity to personalize their space, no matter the size or price of their new home. From the people who guide you through the homebuying experience to the quality and care that go into every detail, we put people first and walk alongside homeowners every step of the journey. Whether you’re looking for a home in one of our thoughtfully planned communities or want to build on your own land, Landmark offers a variety of ways to make your vision a reality. Our communities include 55+ living, townhomes, duplexes, and single-family homes throughout Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York Counties. We’re proud to create places where families can make lasting memories and build a future together for generations to come. From Foundation to Forever.
