Overall, my experience purchasing a home from Lennar was good. The buying process was straightforward, and the sales team was professional and helpful during the contract and closing stages. The home has a modern layout and finishes, which we really like. As with most new construction homes, there were a few minor issues after move-in, but the warranty team worked in a reasonable amount of time to address them. I would recommend that buyers take their time during the final walkthrough to make sure any small items are noted. We made a big move from Central New York to Florida in the middle of the winter and we couldn’t have been more happy with the outcome of our new home.
