It had been over 30 years since we built our last home. We were relieved about how easy Pulte made it to make this move-in-ready homes our home. From the first time we met the construction manager, we had confidence that her top priority was to make sure we loved everything about our new home. And we do!

After exploring every possible route to buying a home, I can confidently say choosing Pulte Homes was the best decision we made. Before landing here, I truly did my homework. I looked at high-quality resale homes, considered fixer-uppers, luxury new construction, and toured multiple new construction builders—including D.R. Horton, DRB, Chafin and other comparable brands. I went into this process open-minded, even giving builders with mixed reputations a fair shot. But nothing compared to the experience we had with Pulte. The first major differentiator was the financing. The mortgage rates Pulte was able to offer were honestly unmatched. Even when I explored other lenders and banks, I was not able to secure anything close—unless I was willing to put significantly more money down. That alone made a huge impact. Beyond pricing, the overall experience stood out. The team was incredibly responsive from start to finish. We were able to visit the home during construction whenever we wanted, and our construction manager was always available and helpful. That level of accessibility and transparency made the process feel comfortable and exciting instead of stressful. One of the biggest things that set Pulte apart was their approach to the punch list. Unlike other builders we spoke with—who require you to close first and then address outstanding items—Pulte made sure everything on our list was completed before closing. We were even able to do a final walkthrough afterward for peace of mind. That level of accountability is rare and made a huge difference in our confidence. The experience didn’t stop at closing either. Their warranty team proactively reached out, introduced themselves, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We did have a small issue with one of our ovens, and it was resolved quickly and without any hassle. The follow-up and care after move-in really reinforced that we made the right choice. Going into new construction, I was honestly hesitant. You hear a lot about builders focusing more on profit than quality, and I was prepared to be cautious. But with Pulte, it never felt that way. The entire process felt thoughtful, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. For anyone considering their first home—or even just comparing options—I highly recommend taking a serious look at Pulte. Our rep CeCe was awesome. She was available throughout the entire process. She was a true godsent. Zach who is the construction manager, went to work when he was informed about a water leak.

We are very satisfied with our new energy efficient home. The property is strategically located close to the two main highways which makes commute very smooth. Build quality and upkeep is good. However, we are really looking forward to the children play area and the workout space which should come up soon I believe. Besides, you have a very responsive team who tend to your maintenance needs. Looking forward to make great memories here!

Construction according to plan and no issues with electrical , plumbing etc

Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable in our new home, with outstanding service from Nathan and Aaron through the entire process, and making our dream come true. Underwriting was a different story had to do their job for them to ensure we would close on time, and then they dropped the ball on everything else. Lukly Nathan and Aaron stepped in and ensured that others got their job done so we could move in on time. Thank you for the experience.

Its great to have a new home with absolutely everything working as it should. Winter heating bills are 1/2 of what I paid for a home 40% smaller. Extremely satisfied.

Our Pulte journey started with a visit to Summer Bay. We met with Belinda and loved the workmanship we saw in the model homes. From that day forward, all the way through closing, everyone we worked with and met were positive and professional. The process was explained through every step. We love our new Pulte home!
