Home is just what we needed. Close to the interstate which makes it close to everything.

The overall process was simple, very straightforward, and honest. Walk through with building team was very thorough and they ended up marking way more spots for fixing than I did. Great pride in quality.

We fill lucky to locate a new built home making our move from Arizona to Oregon a lot less concerning. Nothing needed to be addressed in the home so all we had to do was to move all our stuff in.

We were given updates every week and answered any questions we had.

Great experience and happy with my purchase

We are enjoying our Richmond American home. The sales process was easy. The salesman was very helpful and informative. The walk through went well. And the company fixed things that showed up on the home inspection and walk through. I have no complaints.

Trustworthiness and the quality of workmanship/ materials and prompt responsiveness to issues.

We are new to the area and researched several builders. We chose Richmond American Homes to build our house based on the ratings other homeowners provided and after doing some walk throughs of their model homes. The building process was excellent as well as the inspection process. We were given a warranty contact at the time we took possession. At 30 days the warranty contact called and asked if we had any issues or concerns which we didn't at that time. A week later we had a minor issue and requested them to look at it. They had someone out the same week to look at it and rectify the issue. I am very pleased with the quality, craftsmanship and responsiveness of the Richmond staff from building to warranty care.
