In September of 2006 my wife gave birth to our beautiful daughter. At that time we were living in a very nice town home located in Chalfont, PA but saw ourselves outgrowing our home. After shopping many builders and communities I found myself looking for new developments that Sal Lapio was building. The first home I purchased was a new town home built by Sal Lapio homes. I was very pleased with the quality of home I received back than and would not expect this experience to be any different.
