Welkin was founded by Mr. Xueyong Cheng, a successful international entrepreneur who has owned and operated numerous companies in the real estate, restaurant, retail, textile, andbio-pharmaceutical sectors over the past 30 years.Day-to-day operations and company management are handled by Mr. Cheng’s niece, Emily Cheng, an MBA graduate and real estate veteran with nearly a decade of experience in both management and sales.
