Broadmoor

A limited number of homesites remain in this phase of Broadmoor, with the next phase anticipated in late 2027. Broadmoor is located south of Highland Road, west of Latson Road, and offers new homes in a desirable location near the recreation at the Brighton Recreation Area, shopping at Kensington Valley Outlets, countless surrounding golf courses, and dining in downtown Howell. Homeowners enjoy access to several pocket parks throughout the community, including a dog park, playscape, chess park, putt putt golf course, and recreational pergolas. Broadmoor is serviced by Howell Public Schools, in which children will attend Hutchings Elementary, Parker Middle School, and Howell High School.
