The Lexington Heights subdivision is adjacent to Community High School at 601 Lexington Lane, Nevada, TX. The community has 65 one-acre lots with concrete streets, decorative street lamps at each lot, and high-quality UNIQUE Craftsman style or Modern Farmhouse style homes. Our homes are a bold departure from the 'tired brown brick' so typical with some Texas builders.
