The whole process, from the time we first sat down with a sales representative to the time we took possession of our home, was smooth. Great communication all around, the project manager kept us well informed of progress and our service representative responded to any question without hesitation. The house that was built for us is perfect. I cannot stress how well the experience was, nor the service.

They have helped us along the way after building the house pretty fast, given all the challenges with building a house these days. Even afterwards, they've made sure we're comfortable & settled in. Very friendly & helpful staff.

We started off by just looking one day and met up with Jeff at the model in Silvergrass and three hours later ended up buying it! He was very trustworthy and knowledgeable. The builder shared with us weekly report from "foundation to completion" about our zoom home to be built during the Covid-19 season. Even on his vacation leave, he will tell us about the upcoming proceeding, when he returns to resume the development of our new home. When there were delays of building equipments from China (due to Global Shipment supply chain delay in 2022), he assured us that he & his team builders are moving forward and will get our new home done as soon as possible "without sacrificing quality." We are very please with Allen Edwin Homes Builders!

We appreciate the work Allen Edwin does and they way they manage the community. We bought our home on spec and it's been like a clean slate making the updates we want. I would love to see lights on our entry sign, because we have a beautiful new neighborhood. It would be great for everyone to catch a glimpse of it at night time... and also not miss the entry way! Process was very easy, prices never changed from start to finish. Overall very happy with how fast everything was done and how friendly the staff is.

Crystal understood exactly what we were looking for and got us into a house that was and will be perfect for us for a long time. Nolan kept a great timeline and great quality build even with all of the challenges of doing construction during a pandemic. We always knew exactly where we stood in the construction process and how much time was left. Their customer care team has been phenomenal in dealing with a couple minor issues that came up as we’ve lived here (nothing major). I could not recommend working with them enough!
