If I had any issues I was able to stay in contact with the Keith and he was open to what ever issues I had or needed addressed. He called every Monday with a update and made the buying experience smooth.

Closed on my condo in Laurel in May 2026, and overall it’s been a smooth new-construction experience. Build quality has been solid throughout. Special thanks to Henry ***** and Mark *****, who were both incredibly responsive and thorough throughout the process — answering questions quickly and making sure everything was handled properly from contract to closing. As with any new build, still working through the usual settling-in items, but nothing that’s given us concern about overall quality. Happy to recommend Beazer to anyone looking for a well-designed, modern home in Howard County.

The entire team we worked with for our new home purchase were so friendly and professional. From working with our Sales Manager, Design Studio Counselor, Construction Manager, Warranty Manager, and to the loan officers with the preferred lenders, everyone was so helpful and responsive to make our home buying experience as smooth as possible. An extra shout out to our Construction and Warranty Manager who have been awesome to make sure all is well. As someone who is very detail oriented, our Construction Manager made us feel heard and was quick to respond and address any concerns we had. We've had a few bumps after getting settled into our home but both our Construction and Warranty Manager have been on top of checking in with us to make sure any issues we run into are taken care of. ... We were thrilled to purchase this home. The staff was also very helpful and cooperative during the initial walk-through and throughout the closing process. The process was easy and communication was great although out, even after purchase.

The experience from buying the home through the building process to the closing was excellent. The weekly communication with Brandon could not have been better. Any request that I made was immediately handled. The closing process could not have been better. The finished home was exactly as we wanted. After 4 months there have been only minor problems and they were handled immediately and professionally by Brandon and Nicole.

From start to finish everyone was super help full had some hiccups along the way but got taken care of right away! And as in the house everything was very well done had some little touch up that needed to be done but nothing major from our perspective and our inspector and they got all the touch ups taken care of as soon as possible! This is our first home and they all have been helpful with helping us with first hole things lol!

Communication was great, nothing deviated from the original plans and overall I'm happy with my home as a first time home buyer
