Midway through my purchasing process I experienced a very life changing event; the terminal illness and passing of my father. The Beazer Team, preferred lender, and settlement company all, compassionately, worked with me to make the process manageable. There were moments I wanted to walk away because of family obligations. Everyone was helpful in giving me time and grace to review emails/documents. We, and I say we knowing I couldn’t have done it without everyone, got it done in less than 30 days. I’ve been in my new home for almost 60 days now and Beazer continues to supportive. I had a minor issue that was reported and fixed in a very timely manner. I walk inside my house and know I am home. Our experience buying our home could not have been better! Theresa and Jake have been the best support and guides through the whole process. We have been so pleased with our new home. During the whole experience, Cory, Elizabeth and Anna were fabulous. It was great from step one to the end! Cory is very detail oriented and always kept his word!

We recently bought our first home with Beazer and we LOVE it. Ashlyn helped us find the perfect fit — she was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and kind. She made the somewhat daunting and scary process feel as easy as possible. We toured several communities in AZ and almost all builders in Estrella. Beazer stood out with their unique floor plans, high efficiency build, and good incentives. The first night we toured a Beazer home, it felt like “the one”. I would highly recommend Beazer to anyone looking to buy a home.

We had a wonderful experience buying from Beazer. Phil was great! He was upfront and honest about everything and got us all that we wanted in the house. The buying process was quick and painless. From the time we first toured the house to move in was about a month. There was a few warranty items that needed to be taken care of and Ashley got those fixed quick and easy. Overall great experience, we love our new house.

Easy to purchase, good value and many semi-custom options offered at reasonable prices. Flexible plans, savvy and kind agent, knowledgeable and caring superintendent took good care of all details. Walk through was pre-done by a great team many times to ensure no issues and easy warranty request handled with ease and a smile, all very timely. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I recently purchased a home through Beazer, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience from start to finish. When we first visited the neighborhood, we were immediately impressed by the community, but just as impressed by the sales agent, Katina. We visited late on a Sunday, right at closing time, yet Katina welcomed us warmly and gave us a very thorough tour. She took the time to highlight the build quality and craftsmanship, explained the community’s development plans in detail, and encouraged us to walk and visit during different times to see how we felt. Throughout the process, Katina’s communication was timely and consistent. She always followed through, even on small details mentioned in passing. Despite our frequent travel during this period, she kept us completely in the loop and meticulously walked us through design selections and plans line by line. Katina truly went above and beyond to make sure we were building our future with confidence. We also want to recognize Chris, our construction manager. He was full of joy and took pride in building and constructing the best house for us. During construction, he provided weekly updates and always made time to address our questions and concerns, no matter how small. He encouraged us to take photos and even suggested getting an independent inspections pre-drywall and prior to closing - a testament to his transparency, dedication, and confidence his his build quality. After completion, he went over every inspection item one by one, ensuring everything was addressed to our satisfaction. Even after move-in, Chris has continued to check in with us and provide support. As we’ve settled into our new home, Greg, the warranty director, has been equally wonderful. He reached out after our first month to ensure everything was going smoothly and encouraged us to report any issues, however minor. Greg is patient and thorough, helping us understand home maintenance tasks like filter changes and system care for the long term. He recommended recording videos for reference and has been available to us to answer questions and address issues. Overall, the entire Beazer team has been outstanding! Everyone has been responsive, transparent, and genuinely invested in our satisfaction. Recently, we were excited to report to our future neighbors that were visiting from another state how wonderful the team here is and what an amazing decision they made purchasing a home here. ... Más
