From sales to finish to settlement everyone was so great

Betsy was great on helping us choose a lot. Then also with questions throughout the buying and building process. Vito as well is very knowledgeable and led Us through any after build issues and questions.

My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better home buying experience! Starting with Joel - he answered every question we had and showed us several homes to help us decide which plan we wanted then he gave us some pointers for the customization. Then meeting with Coltin the smoothness continued! He was so patient throughout the whole building process. They were both more than happy to answer our questions even after closing. We really couldn’t have asked for a better home buying experience and we will forever be Beazer fans!!

From the buying experience to the final walkthrough I have been pleasantly pleased. My concerns and questions were addressed quickly and satisfactorily. I am grateful for my new home!

I had a great experience with beazer. From working with Ben to the Mark the maintenance manager Mark. Everyone has been very helpful and welcoming.

Everything with Beazer homes has been great so far. They have helped us and are very communicative. The only thing we haven’t liked is that there is no privacy fence for being the first home in the neighborhood and being close to the road and they haven’t helped us with that. But other than that it’s been good and the home has been great.

The best part of Beazer are all of the people. Jody and Cindi in sales and Jeremiah in warranty have been so responsive and helpful.

Building a new house from remote is not easy task. Work with Beazer sale team to ensure whatever I need to build a house including mortgage choice and interior design selections. It is a really great experience. Construction manager patiently updates me the building schedule and is willing to wait for until I am comfortable to close the house. He worked diligently including moving the gutter water into my yard and met all the requests from the inspection report. We love our new home! The team has been great to work with any details that I needed additional help with. Brent, Anna, Shelly all of them. Carlis has been great with all our request as well. Thank Nate for all your help at design as well a treasure to work with!

Dan ensured we were updated at a minimum weekly on the house building progress and was transparent when discussing delays.. Dan made himself available for any questions and/or concerns throughout. We were fortunate to have him as a Project Manager. In addition having Nicole explaining the home warranty and the process to file claims after closing was very helpful. Nicole made and has continued to make herself available for questions and to provide assistance. These two individuals have made our experience with Beazer Homes stress free.

My experience was really nice. Mike built me a beautiful good home. Craig and Shawn were very supportive in making sure information was shared. My neighbors are really pleasant and friendly. Shopping is really nice plenty to do.

I knew my search for a home ended when I met Rob and he showed me around and answered my questions. He spent as much time with us as we needed and was very helpful answering questions for a first time buyer. Brandon was also a huge help in the process, he helped with a lot of questions unique to the house and development. They both had constant and clear communication and even helped getting others on the phone to explain the purchasing process. I would definitely recommend working with them.

The entire home buying experience with Beazer was seamless. From the sales consultant Jason, to the loan consultant Gina, to the construction manager Matt I was very pleased with everyone’s professionalism and willingness to help. Even after closing, the team remains available for any questions and/or concerns. The home itself (I.e. quality, functionality etc) has far exceeded my expectations. I am extremely satisfied and so glad I chose Beazer!

We enjoyed the Beazer experience. Working with Brent was great. Brent went above and beyond to make sure what we wanted in a home was delivered and continues to provide outstanding communications and service, even after we moved in. The homebuying experience has been very positive , and there are some great opportunities to be found currently at Estates at Lake Jesup.

We were skeptical at first, buying a home in this market but after a long and dedicated search we decided on a home in Somerset and Beazer took over...Everything was done with care and concern for our requests and needs. From sales to service after the sale it has been amazing. Would never reccommend another builder ever.

We were not looking for a new community. But were intrigued with the solar panels, mixed community of 55+, single family homes and townhome style homes. I wish we knew more about the overall community. That wasn't very clear. I see townhomes going up - is that Beazer too? How do we prevent too many people in our area? It's a new community. Everyone was welcoming. Shout out to the sales team, Heidi was helpful, David is great and Denis is very helpful. We appreciate how clean the community is during construction and it's a very well-run construction community.

Purchase agreement to keys in 13 days! Tiffany (New Home Counselor) was awesome and made the homebuying experience smooth, fast, pleasant and fun. The Beazer preferred lenders were also quick fast and easy to work with. Title jumped in and all went seamlessly. Tony (Maintenance/Warranty/Walk-Thru) made sure everything was in working order and up to expectations before keys. After keys Tony is always available for questions/help and responds back very quickly! Great post sale experience!

I had an outstanding experience building our home with Beazer. From the initial sales process through construction and closing, the communication was excellent and the entire team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. One of the biggest reasons we chose Beazer was the spray foam insulation, and it has exceeded our expectations. The energy efficiency and comfort of the home have been fantastic. We also had a great experience at the Design Center. The team was knowledgeable, patient, and helped us make selections that fit both our style and budget. I would especially like to recognize Amanda, Josh, Will, and Leslie for their exceptional support throughout the process. Each of them played an important role in making what can often be a stressful experience feel organized, transparent, and enjoyable. Their communication, professionalism, and willingness to answer questions gave me a great deal of confidence every step of the way. This home was a particularly important purchase for me because it was the first home I have purchased as a single dad. That made the decision even more meaningful, and I wanted to work with a builder I could trust. Beazer exceeded my expectations. The build quality has been excellent, the process was well managed, and I always felt informed and supported.
