My experience with Beazer has been great. From start to finish!

Going through this process has been so delightful because of the entire team from Alex, Adam and Michael going through the process in buy and building. It felt so nice knowing that we could reach out to them about any of our concerns.

This was a great home buying experience all around. The sales person was exceptional and extremely helpful throughout the entire process!

Home buying experience was outstanding. Follow-up support after closing was very disappointing. All problems were eventually resolved, but not in a way that stood out in any manner.

My experience was straightforward while looking at the home models. Tracy was very helpful with the purchase of my new home, and the project management team was great at addressing any concerns I had and taking care of them as soon as possible.

My wife and I were looking for homes for 2 weeks and our realtor showed use approximately 50+ homes, resales and new. Finally we were introduced to Beazer Homes in Estrella Mountain Ranch. What they had to offer was very appealing to our needs. The craftsmanship and quality of the home exceeded our expectations. What really made up our mines was the air handling system that cleans contaminates out of the air while also helping with cooling the air and this intern helps the airconditioning. Also the home is well insulated to help keep it cool in the summers. Amber W. was our point of contact and she did a great job and was very knowledgeable about the home and products. The experience from beazer are great whenever i had small issues with the house they took care of it right away...the service is above and beyond..

I decided to build a new home in Arizona as a winter home last fall. I researched several builders in the area and determined that Beazer was the only builder that was doing energy, efficiency models that were above and beyond simple requirements. The building experience was extremely satisfying the salesman and all the staff were very knowledgeable and always provided information that I needed on a timely manner. The home is now completed and I am very happy with how it turned out, my energy expectations have been met. My June electric bill was about a $175 in the heat of the summer. We were extremely please with the entire process with our new home build by Beazer in Peoria, AZ. All the way from the beginning with Janine, multiple inspections with Brandon, through the very final inspection was a wonderful experience. The entire TEAM kept us informed of the progress along the way. Any question or concerns we might have had were quickly answer and/or addressed by Janine and Brandon.

From the purchase process through the closing of the that home everyone was very friendly and helpful. Courtney was a pleasure to deal with for the purchase of our home. She explained the different models and Floorplan and the financing. John and Abraham we very easy to deal with as to the different phases of construction and the time period. I had many questions and watched the building of the home since we lived very close by. So far we are very pleased with our new home. I would recommend Beazer to other buyers.

From the beginning of the process, my fiancé and I experience has been above and beyond our expectations with everyone we worked with throughout the buying process! Even after moving into our new home, all personnel continue to make themselves available to us to answer any questions and even resolve any issues that arise!

I had an amazing experience building our home from the ground up with Beazer. The sales team was informative through the process, but what made the experience so great is due to Beazer’s local construction management team. We were helped by Abraham here at Estrella to make our house a home. Abraham, the construction manager, went above and beyond to make sure all issues were addressed and he just made the experience so pleasant. He truly deserves all the praise.

D has been such an honed to work with, he has been so helpful and on top of any situation that we had questions of. I would buy another house because of him thank you Amber and thank you Mr.D for his experience we are so blessed!

Where do I/we start? Normally, I would start with an “A,” but this time I’m going to start with “D!” D is a freakin’ phenomenal Superintendent!!!! We simply can’t say enough about him - in ONLY the positive! Our experience was to say in the least… an amazingly smooth experience. And we felt very informed and well taken care of every step of the way!!! As a majorly high-producing perfectionistic Realtor myself, I WISH that ALL of MY CLIENTS could have an experience working with a such a HIGHLY SKILLED SUPERINTENDENT - JUST LIKE D!!!! (It would be a fantastic experience for my future buyers; it is such an enhancement to the purchasing process to have the privilege to work with D… and in all reality, it would make my life so much easier as an agent - As his level of competence is off the charts!!! If only Beazer and ALL other home builders could / would/ should be forced to hire ONLY superintendents that are JUST LIKE D, then so many buyers would actually be way more thrilled, and less stressed out about their moving! It’s extremely stressful to move and buy a house much less add onto it all the new build stuff… And he makes you feel like everything‘s gonna bejust right!! And then he delivers! D DESERVES a PROMOTION! Here’s why: 1st: D is extremely knowledgeable!!!! 2nd: D Takes his time, answers questions, and has the unique ability to answer questions in various ways, so that no matter what learning style you have, when he’s done explaining/answering you are left with a clear understanding for what he’s conveying! 3rd: D knows that sometime in our business we have to play psychologist to the person who’s walking in the door to see the home. Help talk them off the ledge and help them to realize what they’re actually purchasing so that they can make informed decisions. And keep their emotions out of it. I’ve watched D enough now, to witness and attest to the fact that he is able to pivot and handle with ease all of the those emotional roller-coasters of a ride - that seem to happen towards closing and during walk-thru(s)! 4th: D is extremely trustworthy & reliable! When he says that he’s going to have something happen it gets done!!! 5th: D does his best to preemptively take care of any needs the buyer has during the closing process. Sometimes handling things before they even would come up for the Client(s)/Buyer(s)…. And I only got to witness it 1st hand because I was not only one of the clients, but also the Buyers’ Realtor! 6th: D makes you feel like family or at the very least you feel like you’re talking to an old friend. And not just any friend/family member, but one who’s got your 6! D, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts as buyers we appreciate you being such a wonderful Superintendent!
