Luis was very knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. Brice and Chad were very professional and addressed all of my questions and concerns throughout the process. All of the Beazer team we encountered were great to work with and made sure that we were getting our home the way we intended and that we were happy.

Everything went very smooth from touring the home to closing. They will work with you if you want to change or modify anything in the house

A few things we are not satisfied with considering the price point: windows are not energy efficient, no ladder to the attic, and no useable attic space since wiring is exposed.

We had such an easy and wonderful experience with Beazer homes. We looked at many new builds in the ***** area and many many builders. We were and still are very impressed with the quality that Beazer provides. Our house is wonderful and feels like its built for the long haul. We had a great experience with the Beazer team and they were always super helpful and kind. I would absolutely buy another Beazer home one day!

From initially meeting Cindi & Jody, I knew we picked the right builder/company. They were so warm and welcoming and very supportive and excellent in their communication. Even after moving in a month later they reach asking if there's anything they can do… They treat you like family! Jeremiah did the walk through and was very knowledgeable and informative. Matt and ***** also played key roles in making sure our home was ready to go and they work well together as team. Our new neighbors are awesome, we love our location in Arista. Appreciate you all so much!

We have loved everything about our experience with Beazer. Cindy and Jody have been great. We loved the ability to pick the lot as it was released, but also appreciate that they have homes "ready to move in". We had the time, so picking and watching our home being built was amazing. Our experience at the ***** was also fantastic. We went in with a budget and we were able to make our vision of the house complete. We've been in our house for about 6 weeks and we love it. No issues, but I feel if we had one, the team would be over to take care of it as quick as possible. I feel like I might be writing too much, but I also want to say how much I now value all of the energy efficient pieces that go in to building their homes. I have to say, that ***** Homes personnel were very easy to work with from beginning to end. We had to have a quick close; and, from offer to acceptance to title in hand, was just under three days total. It was incredible! Then, due to our work schedule, my husband and I had only 10 days to move in. And, we wanted to change out flooring. They put us in touch with a flooring expert, had our new product purchased, delivered and installed in 8 days. Another record! Home design was great and it was delivered on time as promised, the construction was good. Beazer team was responsive and pro-active in addressing the minor concerns and fixed them promptly. Overall great experience from start to finish.

Beazer made the home buying experience easy and simple to understand. Christian in the Sales office did a great job explaining home features and community details. Kyle on the construction project team did a great job doing the home walkthrough and responding and handling all warranty claims in the first 45 days

The Beazer team at Gatherings at Ridgemont was easy to work with and went out of their way to accommodate our needs throughout the home-buying process. Their excellent customer service made the experience smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to ensuring everything went well.

If I had any issues I was able to stay in contact with the Keith and he was open to what ever issues I had or needed addressed. He called every Monday with a update and made the buying experience smooth.

The entire team we worked with for our new home purchase were so friendly and professional. From working with our Sales Manager, Design Studio Counselor, Construction Manager, Warranty Manager, and to the loan officers with the preferred lenders, everyone was so helpful and responsive to make our home buying experience as smooth as possible. An extra shout out to our Construction and Warranty Manager who have been awesome to make sure all is well. As someone who is very detail oriented, our Construction Manager made us feel heard and was quick to respond and address any concerns we had. We've had a few bumps after getting settled into our home but both our Construction and Warranty Manager have been on top of checking in with us to make sure any issues we run into are taken care of. ... It was a wonderful feeling when we first saw our new home. Eric was extremely cooperative throughout the process and helped us find a great home while securing a good offer. We were thrilled to purchase this home. The staff was also very helpful and cooperative during the initial walk-through and throughout the closing process. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we truly appreciate everyone's support.
