We enjoyed the Beazer experience. Working with Brent was great. Brent went above and beyond to make sure what we wanted in a home was delivered and continues to provide outstanding communications and service, even after we moved in. Overall we had a good experience with Beazer homes. Our sales rep Shelly, and construction manager Brent were great. Brent provided weekly updates, he was very on top of things and helped us with anything. We did not have a good experience with the title company that beazer uses and we did not have a good experience with the choice lender that we had to use.

Everyone was very accommodating and addressed my concerns in a timely manner. Glad I moved in. I also enjoy my neighbors.

We’ve had a few repairs that needed attention, and the team has been helpful. We especially want to give a huge shout out to Joe—he has been incredibly responsive and easy to work with throughout the process!

The whole process was easy. All of our questions and concerns were promptly answered. Joe Z and Anne F were very responsive to all our after move-in concerns. Items were quickly addressed and resolved.

Our decision to buy took a few months and each of the few times we came over, Becky was helpful and informative. We did not feel pressured but educated.

I must say that my experience was great. Beazer and my loan officers made the buying experience and process easy to navigate. I love my new home!

The overall process went pretty smoothly despite some paperwork challenges with the lending bank that were resolved by a relentless Wells Fargo mortgage consultant and allowed us to close in about three weeks. Bought in December and moved in in March. The customer service team, Anna and Joe, were extremely responsive throughout the process. From getting the place opened while we were still at our previous home to allow for appliance deliveries or internet installation, to addressing all the little fixes on our punch list within a week of us reviewing it with them. I was even able to call Anna from the airport as an item I was expecting much later was delivered early. She came to grab it from our porch and put it away while both my wife and I were traveling. Talk about service! We have a few boxes left to open and put away and the only challenges left will be to figure out paint color for some of our walls and where to hang our framed photos and art. This was our one and only major cross country move in our lifetime and while stressful, everything fell in place nicely, we love our new place and our new city. ... Más

Our experience buying our Beazer Home has been wonderful! From our salesperson Julien to our Project Manager, Jeff and Carlis they have been nothing short of fantastic! We’ve purchased homes with other builders before but these guys go above and beyond for their clients. We cannot recommend them enough. The communication about our home, everyone checking in and making sure we are settling in just goes to show how much they truly care.

Our home is really beautiful. It has a lot of details that make it very comfortable.

First time home buyer and Beazer made it a great experience. Joe, Carlis, Venus and the rest of the Beazer team did an excellent job of keeping in contact with me throughout the home buying process. Where I feel Beazer could improve is in their options for add-ons and modifications to be made to their homes during the design/build phase. These options should be tailored to the particular needs of the home, for example, a Townhome option where the front door can be glass to allow external light to enter the home, especially in units that are interior units that don't have windows to the left or right of them. The entire start to finish was incredibly easy! At first my husband and I were just tossing the idea of moving as we had been trying to sell a home in Arkansas for a few years when all of a sudden it was under contract. I work for a new home builder myself and had been looking through newhomesource.com when I found Aulin Square. The layout was similar to a plan I was familiar with from my builder and loved the idea of a detached garage with courtyard. We decided to take a look at the home, but were not able to stop by during operational hours. The Self Tour option provided an easy way to tour the home after hours and gave us the space to discuss the home without pressure. Another great touch point was from the online consultant that followed up after our visit to answer questions. After the tour we reached out to our agent to let her know of our interest. I had seen that this home had been on the market for about a month and honestly thought someone would take it soon. I let my agent know to go ahead and make an offer and from there we were off. From there we had a quick call with Amy which my agent had worked with prior. She sent over the contract and we got things signed off and started on the financing process. The lender choice was an interesting way to secure financing and we were able to lock in with our preferred lender and a great rate. Something to note is that we started this process early November and with the help of our lender we were able to get the home closed by the end of the month. We were the first closing! Also prior to closing we met with Anna from warranty and Joe from construction. Both were incredibly knowledgeable in showcasing the features of the home and answered every question we had. I have done many closing walks for new homes and this was one of the easiest. I already knew we would be doing interior changes so any minor cosmetic items we saw weren’t a big deal. Even so when we came to do the final walk things were fixed up and completed very well. From the beginning I got an excellent offer and the professional staff guided me through all the process. The house was ready to move in as scheduled and everything was near to perfection.

I had great service during my purchasing process and acceptance of my new townhome with Beazer Homes. Becky was great in introducing me to Beazer Homes and showing me the models and letting me know all the various features available and telling me about the neighborhood. Anna did a great job once the house had been purchased to go over Everything in the house and informed me what to do if I should have any problems with anything and whom to contact. Both of these ladies were very pleasant and did a great job. I definitely would recommend these homes to anyone.
