Our experience buying our Beazer Home has been wonderful! From our salesperson Julien to our Project Manager, Jeff and Carlis they have been nothing short of fantastic! We’ve purchased homes with other builders before but these guys go above and beyond for their clients. We cannot recommend them enough. The communication about our home, everyone checking in and making sure we are settling in just goes to show how much they truly care.

First time home buyer and Beazer made it a great experience. Joe, Carlis, Venus and the rest of the Beazer team did an excellent job of keeping in contact with me throughout the home buying process. Where I feel Beazer could improve is in their options for add-ons and modifications to be made to their homes during the design/build phase. These options should be tailored to the particular needs of the home, for example, a Townhome option where the front door can be glass to allow external light to enter the home, especially in units that are interior units that don't have windows to the left or right of them. The entire start to finish was incredibly easy! At first my husband and I were just tossing the idea of moving as we had been trying to sell a home in Arkansas for a few years when all of a sudden it was under contract. I work for a new home builder myself and had been looking through newhomesource.com when I found Aulin Square. The layout was similar to a plan I was familiar with from my builder and loved the idea of a detached garage with courtyard. We decided to take a look at the home, but were not able to stop by during operational hours. The Self Tour option provided an easy way to tour the home after hours and gave us the space to discuss the home without pressure. Another great touch point was from the online consultant that followed up after our visit to answer questions. After the tour we reached out to our agent to let her know of our interest. I had seen that this home had been on the market for about a month and honestly thought someone would take it soon. I let my agent know to go ahead and make an offer and from there we were off. From there we had a quick call with Amy which my agent had worked with prior. She sent over the contract and we got things signed off and started on the financing process. The lender choice was an interesting way to secure financing and we were able to lock in with our preferred lender and a great rate. Something to note is that we started this process early November and with the help of our lender we were able to get the home closed by the end of the month. We were the first closing! Also prior to closing we met with Anna from warranty and Joe from construction. Both were incredibly knowledgeable in showcasing the features of the home and answered every question we had. I have done many closing walks for new homes and this was one of the easiest. I already knew we would be doing interior changes so any minor cosmetic items we saw weren’t a big deal. Even so when we came to do the final walk things were fixed up and completed very well. I had great service during my purchasing process and acceptance of my new townhome with Beazer Homes. Becky was great in introducing me to Beazer Homes and showing me the models and letting me know all the various features available and telling me about the neighborhood. Anna did a great job once the house had been purchased to go over Everything in the house and informed me what to do if I should have any problems with anything and whom to contact. Both of these ladies were very pleasant and did a great job. I definitely would recommend these homes to anyone.

I am very happy with my new Beazer home. The staff are so helpful even after purchase to make sure everything is how it’s supposed to be. Pretty sure other companies don’t give you someone to text after you purchase a home to talk to about any questions. If you are looking for a nice community and great people, definitely look at Beazer.

Becky is a very caring and responsible seller, as well as Sara. Brent the builder manager tried his best to correct the findings, we appreciate it very much. However there are no towel hangers no toilet paper holders built in which are inconvenient for the new homeowners. Also we noticed that some of the ceiling edge are not in straight lines which makes us feel uncomfortable about the build quality.

Greg and the Beazer team built our family a perfect, high-quality home. Worth every penny more than we would've saved with a builder like Ryan Homes or DR Horton for a cheap paper house. This house was built to last for decades with superior materials from the ground up. After seeing the amount of insulation used throughout the house, it's no wonder it feels so soundproof and scored so highly for energy efficiency. Nathan helped us design so many aspects just the way we wanted--down to material type, color, and style--a true design professional. Greg and his team executed with speed and precision throughout the building process--his attention to detail, frequent communications, and pride in his work make him a builder above the rest. Beazer Homes provided us with a smooth purchase to closing experience. Everyone we met when we arrived at the building site had a smile on their face. They were poised and confident in their role of dealing with the public. Each introduced themselves and inquired of our intentions. Our salesperson, Sara Beth, was thorough, knowledgable, informative with regard to all aspects of the contract and the home. She spent time showing us any model home or sale unit we wanted to see and some of them twice. All effort was made to make us aware of the quality of the product Beaser is offering to the public and the awards that Beazer has acquired along the way for their outstanding building and environmentally efficient systems. The quality of the home that we purchased is extremely satisfying. A great deal of time was spent after normal working hours to finish up the last details of the transaction, all with enthusiasm and attention to detail. It was a pleasure to have all the details of the closing so carefully worked out for us. All we had to do was show up and sign! Easy-peasy. Pre-closing we were taken through the home room by room, appliance by appliance and shown how everything worked, the guarantees, the check lists, and the information about the homeowners association. With the walkthrough we found a couple of items that we felt needed to be addressed. Each of our suggestions was met with a "yes of course" and each detail was followed up by the team at the final walkthrough. After I reported deficiencies in my unit, I would get a call or a visit a day or two after initially reporting it and a Beazer Technician would be at my unit in two or three days. Sometimes they were here the next day. I commend Beazer for their prompt and fast professional customer service.
