It was a great experience.

This was my first home purchase, I was extremely nervous and unsure of the process. Kelly was always consistent and quick to communicate. Wes called every week faithfully with updates and stopped by to help answer questions. He and his guys were even willing to come to the property and help my internet guy figure out his wiring route after I was moved in. Overall above and beyond experience and I’m so grateful for them and everyone at Beazer.

We’re thrilled to be in our new home. It seemed like the day would never come but it did and we’re extremely grateful to everyone who help make it happen. Special thanks to Kelly for keeping us informed and letting us know when issues arise. She an answer to any question we had and did a great job working expeditiously. Another big thanks to Wes and his crew. When we learned that our original closing date would be delayed we definitely disappointed. However, Wes and his team stepped up big time and worked to the bone in order to have our home ready in time. This meant a lot because I was leaving for a deployment, and getting my family in a home was very important to me. Lastly, thank you to John. Beazer builds a great home. We bought our home after an initial visit in November, 2022. We were from "out of state" which means a little more tension because of the upcoming move, the closing of the home and the logistics from moving to another place 1000 miles away. From beginning to end, my Wife and I were very satisfied with the final product. Kelly, Wes, Steve and Mike were great and continue to be there when something pops up.

Melissa (Missy) and the sales team were fantastic! Always eager and available to help and answer calls and questions. Wesley was also a great help, dedicated to making things happen, especially in these challenging times. Also, Mike is on top of everything is needed to be done. Very happy with the team and my new home.

Loved the process of purchasing our home! It was simple since we were out of state and we love the home. We elected for a bigger home with open spaces. One thing that has stood out is the bigger yard (than expected) great kitchen design, and all the lighting overhead! The home is very energy efficient too!

The communication from the team on the ground - construction team and sales team, including Jack, Kelly and Jon, was outstanding. Whatever questions or concerns I had about the process, each of them was extremely responsive and helped to settle questions in a timely manner and with respect and care. Excellent customer relations and customer service.

I’d be lying if I said it was easy. Building a new home was not. I didn’t help that I was a first time homebuyer with no knowledge of the process. The team made the difference. Great Lender options. Patient, empathetic and understanding when times grew frustrating as a result of supply delays. The service was outstanding and has been since. Forever grateful for the Beazer Home team.

Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff.

This was our 1st home that we had built. From the very beginning we had friendly, helpful faces, Kelly G. Was the 1st to greet us. She was actually about to close for the evening however she took time to speak with my husband and I and provided us with a packet we could take with us and look over. Upon going to the design center that was a pleasant experience, fun, exciting and nerve wrecking at the same time. While meeting with our Builder Dio, he was great, answering all questions, ensuring we had our weekly updates and explained things to us that we didn't understand. Victoria also is a great asset to the team she has a willingness to learn and ask questions on behalf of the customer. Throughout our experience we had some ups and downs with building nothing due to the staff we are building during Covid so there was some shortages in material and a few other hiccups. The home was already built and ready for move-in when we first saw it. We saw it in February, closed in May, but didn’t move down until June; we relocated from New Hampshire! Although long-distance, the (virtual) process was pretty much seamless from start to finish. Thank you!

This is my first time buying a home and I’m happy that I decided to go with Beazer Homes. Being apart of the Hunt Club has been an amazing experience; any issues that I may have had when I moved in I had no issues getting it worked out with Beazer.
