The entire process from the initial contact with the Beezer representative to the inspection, closing and actual purchase of the home. The responsiveness of the construction manger to small issues after move-ine (as is the case with new home builds) was very easy; Everything was responded to, addressed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Access to the Beezer team was and is great, they treat you with respect and are very professional. They are approachable and provide good and comprehensive information (and data).

I worked with Alex an he was a pleasure to work with he was very knowledgeable about my home and he answered every question I had he really made me feel at ease over all my house is great I am very happy with my new home an I was happy to have worked with someone like Alex who help me with the process instead of making it harder my experience was a good one

The process on buying and building our current Beazer Home was an easy process. My wife and I are very happy with Jake and Theresa. Both of them helped us a lot. 10/10!!

Simplicity throughout the process.

Alex and Becca were extremely helpful in closing out our home. Since moving in Alex has been instrumental in getting all of our problems promptly addressed and squared away.

We had such a smooth process with Beazer. Couldn't be more grateful for our first home purchase. It's a beautiful home filled with a lot of thoughtful design and amenities.

We were shocked at how easy the team at Beazer made this home-building experience. Our friends and family who heard we were building a home (the same year we were planning a wedding!) thought we were a little crazy, but the team at Beazer made this experience not only enjoyable but also fun. We chose to visit our build site weekly, if not every few days, and got to see the progress happening over the course of four months (from breaking ground to completion). That's certainly not required by any means, but we wanted to stay on top of the process since it was our first time building a home. Our builder, Aneta, was very detail-oriented and ensured any concerns of ours were heard and resolved. We had a couple of hiccups along the way, which is honestly expected when you are building a home and have so many different specialized teams coming through to work on it. Every time, she discussed options with us and ensured we were happy with the direction. We are THRILLED to be in our new, beautiful home. Our new home representative, Shea, was also a Godsend. Lynn, one of the sales managers and Collin, the GC for the properties, have been absolutely flawless from the first time we walked in until the settlement. Even after settlement, they both have still been there 100% for our family. I have been told that I am not the easiest person to work with, but Lynn and Collin never got to see that side of me because of there attention and dedication to getting my house built the right way. The Beazer team walked me through every step of the process amd was very helpful with upcoming deadlines and meeting sto keep the buying process on track. They were always responsive to any questions I had from the mortgage process, the blue tape walkthroughs, etc. The first few weeks post move in were also a smooth experience, with ***** and his team working quickly to resolve any issues that popped up. Beazer made it a great experience for this first time homebuyer!

Just a totally satisfied customer

Worth the time and money. Looking forward to the amenities center being complete. James, our construction manager, was the best - very informative and patience during the entire process. Always felt he was working for us and looking out for our best interests. Marika was very informative and quickly answered any questions. Erin at the ***** was a joy to work with and always made good suggestions. All in all we really like the community and am glad we made the decision to move here.

So far all minor issues have been looked after. Customer experience team is great!

Excellent buying experience with Mahmoud

The entire Beazer team have worked hard to ensure my home is top quality and I am satisfied. Both the Construction and Customer service Matt's have gone above and beyond to assist me and ensure everything is done right. The build quality of my home far exceeds my daughter's million dollar home built at the same time 5 min away by a different builder, they have had major issues and have difficulty getting service. My experience has been the opposite. Matt identified an issue with my front porch that I was unaware of and had the concrete replaced quickly and efficiently. I had a great buying experience with Beazer and felt informed from beginning to end. The team has educated me on all things related to my new home and how it functions. They have also been very helping in assisting me with understanding more about my home after my move in and timely addressing any enquiries I've had along the way. Very happy!!

We were greeted with a warm welcoming smile by the Agent on duty. We were shown the various models in the neighborhood and he was quite informative about how the Beazer homes differ from others. We were impressed with the high quality and the price was amazing for all they offered. We highly recommended Beazer homes.

Overall my home buying experience was excellent- Starting with the purchase all the way to the final walk-thru- Anna and Joe handled all my concerns and issues with prompt solutions!

A few things we are not satisfied with considering the price point: windows are not energy efficient, no ladder to the attic, and no useable attic space since wiring is exposed.

Luis was very knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. Brice and Chad were very professional and addressed all of my questions and concerns throughout the process. All of the Beazer team we encountered were great to work with and made sure that we were getting our home the way we intended and that we were happy.
