We moved in November 2025 and unfortunately had a roof leak due to pigeons. I contacted Tony right away and he provided the number to the emergency line. They were able to get someone out quick and answered all my questions and concerns. I was worried about mold and other issues so Tony called a third party contractor to assure me there was no long term damage. He is always so helpful and patient with my schedule and phone calls.

The white paint looks nice but tends to show marks easily and is a bit delicate when cleaning. While not a major issue, it’s something future homeowners may want to be aware of. The team was professional, responsive, and followed through on what they promised. Whenever we had questions, they addressed them quickly and made sure we understood each step of the process. The Beazer team at Sunterra were accommodating, helpful, inviting and overall made my buying experience an easy transition. Billy, Liz, Gricelda were all very attentive.
