There were some issues but easily resolved, even twice before we asked.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with Beazer Homes. The Design Studio experience was excellent, with a great selection of options and a team that made the process enjoyable and easy to navigate. The lending team was also fantastic, providing clear communication and helping keep everything on track throughout the transaction. A special shoutout to Vito for providing outstanding customer service throughout the process. His responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a significant difference. I also want to recognize Betsy, who was great to work with and always professional and helpful. My one area for improvement would be greater flexibility from Betsy's counterpart in the sales office when working with real estate agents. Builders have a tremendous opportunity to create long-term partnerships with agents who come from a resale background and are actively learning and promoting new construction. Likewise, buyer's agents who consistently bring future buyers into a community can become valuable advocates for the builder's brand. I would love to see more accommodation on deal structures, incentives, and relationship-building opportunities, especially for agents and teams participating in VIP programs or those who are committed to introducing future clients to new construction communities such as Beazer. Strong builder-agent partnerships benefit everyone involved—the builder, the agent, and most importantly, the homeowner. we have had just a few minor issues since moving in and both Dave and Vito have been right on it getting us answers to questions and getting the minor issues resolved.

Overall straight forward home buying and move in process. Great communication, very welcoming, they never fail to check up to see how's the process going, what are the house needs, or how you're doing as a person and giving guidance where they can. This is a new build community where when they are giving home tours I introduce myself and they've noticed that and whenever they see me they take the initiative to introduce new or soon to be neighbors. They build more than houses they build a solid foundation for a community.

Betsy was great on helping us choose a lot. Then also with questions throughout the buying and building process. Vito as well is very knowledgeable and led Us through any after build issues and questions.

Purchase agreement to keys in 13 days! Tiffany (New Home Counselor) was awesome and made the homebuying experience smooth, fast, pleasant and fun. The Beazer preferred lenders were also quick fast and easy to work with. Title jumped in and all went seamlessly. Tony (Maintenance/Warranty/Walk-Thru) made sure everything was in working order and up to expectations before keys. After keys Tony is always available for questions/help and responds back very quickly! Great post sale experience!

Great housing organization, they are dependable and very personable with all their clients. That don’t want to sell you a house just because, they want to make sure it actually works for your family and it’s a home you will enjoying living at.

Did I mention quality?? We are VERY happy with our new Beazer built home! From the moment you look at the house from the driveway, you can see the quality brimming from the walls. Step inside and you are greeted with the lovely look and feel of a beautiful home. Being “locals”, we were able to see the construction of the home from footers to completion. Beazer definitely takes the time to build a quality home. From first contact with Felicia, the onsite sales team member, to builder Bob, the onsite super, we could see the results of a very well built home. I spent my first two years in Vegas looking at countless model homes from all builders, waiting to find the right builder and then the right location. I knew early on that Beazer was the one I wanted since they are so forward-thinking, energy efficient, etc. I am pretty sure I saw every Beazer model home in the entire Vegas area, and everyone from Beazer that I met was just great. Many of them lived in Beazer homes as well (always a good sign). When the Marigold community showed up, I was ready to pounce and I did. Once we started the process everyone was great as well. Most people spend 3 hours at the Design Center going over fixtures, colors, appliances, options, etc. We spent 3 DAYS there. It was wonderful. And then once the build process started, I visited the site almost weekly to check things out. The people at Beazer are great, and very helpful. Anytime I had questions, I'd contact my Beazer associates like Colin or Vito or Mischelle and I had answers right away. I value that Beazer stands by its product and does what it takes to make their customers happy, and I also just love their designs and aesthetics. I'm enjoying my new home but I would definitely buy another Beazer home down the road if I had to move or upgrade to a larger house. ... Más

The buying process was super smooth from beginning to end. We relocated from Reno. All of the legal documents were online making it easy to get the paperwork completed. From Felicia at Beazer to the closing team at Fidelity Title, every aspect was completed very professionally.

No hassle, updated with progress of home every month with pictures. Went the extra mile with purchasing the home.

As a first time home buyer I didn’t expect the process to be so seamless. From initial look to my move in date, the house only became better as I learned about all of the extra amenities Beazer added. Liz was the best NHC and Tony CRR was very knowledgeable and explained all the extra amenities that Beazer included in my home.

Easy to purchase, good value and many semi-custom options offered at reasonable prices. Flexible plans, savvy and kind agent, knowledgeable and caring superintendent took good care of all details. Walk through was pre-done by a great team many times to ensure no issues and easy warranty request handled with ease and a smile, all very timely. Would highly recommend.

In the beginning, helping me find a house and help me go through the process of buying my first house, Harriet was my rock. Once I picked out my house, Tobi has been my new rock. While I have had very few problems, I know i can count on her to help me solve them. Such an amazing team!

We moved in November 2025 and unfortunately had a roof leak due to pigeons. I contacted Tony right away and he provided the number to the emergency line. They were able to get someone out quick and answered all my questions and concerns. I was worried about mold and other issues so Tony called a third party contractor to assure me there was no long term damage. He is always so helpful and patient with my schedule and phone calls.
