My husband and I were looking for a house in Tennessee and came across a quick sale home in the Waverley community located in Mount Juliet. The house is exactly what we were looking for. Their sales team was extremely helpful with getting us in contact with some of their lenders, one of whom we decided to go with who is able to help us close on our house in just over two weeks. Chris and Mike from Beazer met me to do the walk-through before closing and were extremely friendly and helpful then and are still a pleasure to work with to this day, almost three months after closing. Beazer was very good throughout the buying process. As a buyer, there is a lot of paperwork. Make sure to get it all of it and stay on top of it. Document any issues and bring to beazer’s attention asap.
