I was welcomed when I first inquired about a property I was interested in By Cynthia. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was also introduced to to a gentleman named Shawn who was the Project Manager. They both made the home buying experience a happy decision for me. They answered any questions I had, and if they didn’t know the answer they found it with a timely manner.

Overall a good experience. Minimal issues and great communication

We have had a positive experience with Beazer, from sales, to construction to warranty and post closing punch list. Beautiful home, all challenges addressed quickly and thoroughly. Greg and Carlis have been awesome to work with.

Our Beazer home buying experience went very smoothly. First with Jason in the sales department to visiting the design center where some selections were made to the actual build process with Matthew our superintendent. Our house was completed on time by the scheduled date. Overall everyone was great to work with and the overall experience was great

My wife and I bought our home preconstruction through Beazer and we could not have been happier with the service, attention to detail, and responsiveness throughout the process. In particular, Shawn - the construction manager - was fantastic and continues to help us with all our questions and every minor detail even now months after we moved in. Cynthia kept us informed throughout the construction and purchase, happily answering all our questions promptly. We are not first-time homebuyers, and we've handled major home renovations in the past, but this was by far the smoothest construction and purchase with the most attentive and courteous team. I would also like to recognize the folks you reach when calling the Beazer warranty department. They are so polite and helpful. I found everybody I have worked with at Beazer Homes just great. I love my new home!

Very happy with the home and community here. Warrantee issues were addressed quickly even with supplies in short supply. Coming up on the year next May and have about 4 pop outs in the master bath and a question around the lawn sprinkler. Other than that very happy with the location and quality.

Amber in sales was phenomenal in helping us keep tabs on the build and making us feel like we were right there! Beth also was helpful and informative on Ambers day off, they are an amazing one-two punch! Chris, on the builders side, went above and beyond getting our house together and was always pleasant and helpful!

Beazer was very nice to work with. All team members were honest, caring and hardworking. I highly recommend!

Everything was great throughout our entire process!

Laura was fabulous from our initial inquiries of Miller’s Walk all the way through move in. We immediately felt comfortable from the minute we walked through the door. She educated us on the the benefits of Beazer homes from quality to support once we were moved in. We had a target move in date and we were informed of a few homes which would meet our needs. After viewing locations and amenities in each we quickly chose the one we wanted. We appreciated our Monday calls updating us on the progress and what was scheduled. My son-in-law accompanied Cory on a walk through and felt he witnessed quality building. We encountered an issue with flooring being unavailable and Laura and Cory managed to get samples for us to choose from and with their help we really didn’t lose any time. We needed to be in on time and Laura and Cory worked as a team to ensure that would happen. My wife and I had trust that Laura would keep us in the loop should an issue arise. Jace was very helpful explaining everything to my wife during the final walk through. I was unable to navigate that day due to illness and he did his best educating her. We have had tremendous support from everyone we have encountered. We feel that we bought a quality home which has met our needs, was within our budget, and we have a support system that is here to assist us after move in if needed. We love Miller’s Walk. ... Más

We were impressed with the entire process from the initial walkthrough of the models to custom designing our home, to selecting our mortgage provider, to the final walkthrough. We love our spacious modern home! Nina was fantastic to work with.

The buying experience has been excellent. From the sales team all the way to construction they have been top-notch. During construction, I would receive weekly emails from the team. Once on site Dan and Brandon have been exceptional. They did the walk thru with me and were very clear with what the nxt steps and expectations looked like. I appreciate the entire Beazer team!

Kristen was very helpful in sharing all relevant information and frequent communication and updates during the sales/ construction stages. We purchased a home remotely and so had a high number of questions and adhoc requests for the team. They were super helpful and ensured we had all the support we needed. Huge shout-out to David who went above and beyond to help get the home ready for move in and was available onsite for support even after closing.

It was really great to work with Kristen & Joe during the construction phase. All the clarifications were clarified in detail. Perfect Team!

We couldn’t be happier with our home building process! Our sales team, Rob and Mark, were the BEST team to ensure we knew what to expect every step of the way! We spoke weekly, daily towards closing even, and they kept us informed along the way. We closed on our daughter’s birthday, and they had a birthday cake waiting for her in our new kitchen after closing! The builders, Marc and Cynthia, have taken great care of us with the pre-closing walkthroughs, closing checklist, and our post-closing itemized list. They even let me borrow a star drill bit at the last moment while I was working in my new home. It seems impossible to say in 2022, but if you’re looking for a “family” to walk through the home buying process with, look no further. Beazer made our house dreams come to life. Great experience good community nice

It is our first experience buying home from Beazer and we have been really happy with them. We started the process during the pandemic and we knew we needed to be flexible with shortages, back orders materials and we knew that we may need to pick different options than what we originally selected. We met with the new home counselor and he has been amazing ever since and he really represents Beazer company with pride and professionalism. He convinced us to give Beazer a chance and we have no regrets. We started working with our construction manager after design phase. He has been outstanding with keeping us updated during every stage of the new construction home. We were out of state during the whole building process but he made us feel as if we were there with the pictures, videos and FaceTime. We had couple of set backs due to shortages and delayed of materials but again it was something we anticipated. We also had a great experience with Beazer preferred mortgage lenders. We now live in our beautiful home built by Beazer and we absolutely love it and the area we live in. ... Más
