Even though other areas of the home buying process were stressful, working with Beazer was like a breath of fresh air. Our builder Merlin helped lift so much stress and weight off our shoulders! He consistently gave us updates while also answering any question we asked and made sure to explain EVERYTHING so thoroughly and as many times as needed! Would definitely recommend Beazer Homes if you’d like an amazing experience with your builder!

As a first time home buyer, Travis was great to deal with. In some aspects, he acted as a mentor in the buying process. He personally answered all of my questions along the way. Most issues that arose along the way were addressed. My advice to potential home buyers, if possible, have any issues addressed prior to closing. Beazer homes warranty department has been responsive in addressing all issues post closing, but unless you are available to every contractor’s schedule, the third party contractors don’t accommodate your schedule well.

I’ve had a very good experience with buying and living in my new house. Everyone has been extremely helpful even during the warranty process. I can’t complaint at all. The project managers and sales person are still engage with me even after the closing.

Being a first time home buyer things can really be nerve braking at some points, Beazers team really did a good job on explaining step by step and guiding you through the process. Before buying my home, I did a lot of hopping around looking at different builders and by far Beazers can really stand out from the rest, not only by treating you as a friend “and not just a number”, but in their homes quality!

My wife and I had a great overall experience building a home with Beazer. Michael and Joe kept us updated constantly with our home’s progress and were very helpful with addressing our questions and concerns. Would highly recommend this company.

We have gone through the building process several times over the years and have experience with many different builders and vendors. Unlike others, we found Beazer to be very easy to work with! Each step of the way was explained thoroughly and made as painless as possible. The design process was really fun and we loved the selections that were available to us. Every time I had a question or concern, help was just a phone call away. The team was very quick to get back to me when I reached out, which is so unusual these days. They kept me informed each step of the way with a weekly phone call with a building progress update. When issues arose, the team was honest and clear about timelines and solutions. I felt very comfortable calling my Beazer Representative even when it was a small matter or quick question. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them. They were all so friendly and genuine! The home turned out so beautiful. It was finished so nicely with the latest interior colors and styles. We love it! Now that we are in the home, we feel secure knowing that we are not “on our own”. They gave us all the information we will need for warranty issues, emergencies or any other concern we might have. Really smooth buying process. Nicole is amazing she kept us up to date throughout the buying process. I love the floor plan, perfectly fits our need.

Nicole and Alex were very helpful. Beazer Homes provided excellent design recommendations while and the team took care of coordinating and monitoring the work. All communication was prompt and all deadlines were met within a reasonable amount of time.

We had a wonderful experience working with Beazer on our new home. The customer service from Stephanie, David and Dennis was outstanding. We love our new home and look forward to enjoying it for years to come.

John and Joel made the construction phase easy to navigate. Because I had regular updates on the progress it was easy to plan out my move. Really enjoy and appreciate the solid build of this home. Makes for comfortable living.
