The buying experience was great and offered me more than I expected. Brandon made everything easy and was always available to answer my questions. Some slight miscommunications between the PM and myself were easily cleared up by Brandon or Donnie directly. The only issue I had was a floating closing date, but they covered my loan extension costs and we were good to go. Them partnering with Offerpad made the experience even easier!

Lisa, Heather and Mitchell were simply fabulous and always Customer Centric.

We enjoyed our building experience with beazer. Very easy and great communication throughout. We only had one hiccup that we wish we felt better about but overall it was great.

I am extremely happy with my build with Beazer. I moved from another state so I feel like I was blessed with the perfect Sales rep ( Jill S.) Who is so awesome, She walked me through the building process on every step and told me up front there maybe some bumps due the market and supply chain issues. Every time I had a question I could call Jill and she would respond, even if it was her day off. In addition my building manager ( Christian)is the BEST! He made sure go give me weekly updates on the progress of my home, both he and Jill sent me photos.I appreciate that he was always honest and transparent, which helped me manage my expectations on my move. I have to say that Christian's customer service skills are awesome. I really feel like this experience would've been different had I not had these two Beazer Reps. I Love my new home! From the very beginning Beazer staff was working to make our first time home buying the best experience ever

My wife and I purchased a Beazer home in California in 1993 so we were very pleased to have found the Beazer Lochridge community here in Nolensville, Tennessee. We were very pleased with the attention to detail in the construction of the house, as well as the attention we were given by the Customer Service staff after we moved in to address minor issues that needed to be fixed. Charlie Moore and Joe T. were very responsive and helpful getting any issues addressed in a timely manner. Beazer's homes in the Devonshire community are absolutely beautiful! Our expectations for our home were met with things we desired. The Beazer staff (Theresa-Seller and Kyle-Builder) was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped us with any questions or issues we had day or night. Although we had a minor setback, Beazer was willing to negotiate the issue to make sure we were happy! The neighborhood and view from our home makes it all worth while. Thank you, Beazer!

I would like to thank Stephanie, Michael, Randy and all those who participated in making my home building a very pleasant experience. Georgia, was one of the first employees who interacted with me. I was sorry to see her and the first building manager leave. However, the employees who took over were just as amazing. Thank you. Randy is my go to person now he ensures that any concerns I have is addressed.

As first time home buyers we were incredibly nervous about the scope of the whole process. Everybody at Beazer were incredible from the first interaction onward. Our project manager, Javi, deserves the highest recommendations, making sure every issue (which there were very few) was taken care of with great urgency. I would definitely recommend going with Beazer if you are looking into the new build market here in Vegas.

The communication was fantastic and the process went as smooth as can be with all the supply shortages going on. I was very happy with my builder, Chris, for how responsive he was during the process and how he went above and beyond in explaining what to expect during the whole thing. Very pleased with the end result!

Let me tell you our first time home buying experience was just amazing!! Robert, our builder, was just amazing the whole way through. He continually updated me weekly or every time something was done to our home. He was the greatest. If something was going to be delivered late due to COVID he let me know. If there was a time I couldn’t get to the house to take pictures for our family scrapbook then he would take them for me and made sure I had them. He became part of our family and now that our house is completed he continues to ask how is everything. We had some minor work that needed to be tended to after moving in and he made sure the workers were out to fix them without question in a timely manner. After we closed, our Beazer new home rep, Annette, greeted us with open arms and sent us a welcome home cake. This was the most amazing experience ever. Cathy kept me informed every step of the way from the beginning to the end! Jwan is also a great asset to the Beazer team! If had any questions they both were there for me!

The service is far and beyond what is expected. Both the sales team and the customer service team were exceptional. I had the opportunity of working with Jim and Javier and would highly recommend giving them a shot at putting you in your new home as well as taking care of you afterwards.

It was at times a difficult process considering all of the issues throughout the pandemic. However, Ben did a great job keeping us informed and doing everything possible to ensure a smooth process!

The team made everything easy and they were not pushy. When I moved in, a few issues were handled with little disruption. I have never had a new build and I love it.

It was a great experience to see our home being built from ground up. Our new home consultant Samantha was great and kept us up to date. We love our home.

Dewonda was great when we came to check out the condo and she was with her last client so we said will wait it was pass 6pm and she said nope let’s go. We ended up buying two one for me and my son bought. The walkthrough was great with Robin and I can’t remember her partner but it was so smooth and everything was handle for our last walkthrough. Great folks even after moving in.

The buying process was very smooth. Shelley ensured that we had all of our questions answered and kept us updated weekly on the progress of our home. Matthew has been great post move in. He is quick to answer our questions and has ensured that all home maintenance has been completed in a timely manner.

From the start of the home buying process and construction of our brand new home, Abe and Jeff were very easy to work with and are top notch professionals. They made sure my wife and I were informed and happy every step of the way. Any concerns that we had, Jeff made sure to address the concern immediately, no questions asked. Great experience overall.

This was the third home that I have purchased and it was the easiest processes that I have been a part of. Shannon and Joanne were amazing from the beginning to the end of the processes. If I had a question, I could either email or text them and they would reply within a couple hours if not within a couple minutes. They were also extremely friendly and made me feel extremely welcome to the neighborhood. Same goes for Brandon and Jeremiah, they took the time to explain everything about the home and answer any questions I had about the house itself. The construction manager was very professional and provided updates throughout the process, made it easy for us to know where we were at in the process. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed.
