This is the first home I built with Beazer homes, and I would highly recommend the team I worked with. The sales person Monique understood my needs and was patient while I wanted to make sure I chose the plan and lot that best suited my needs. While my first construction manager was a cause for concern he was quickly replaced by Aneta who was professional and responsive. I had great service during my purchasing process and acceptance of my new townhome with Beazer Homes. Becky was great in introducing me to Beazer Homes and showing me the models and letting me know all the various features available and telling me about the neighborhood. Anna did a great job once the house had been purchased to go over Everything in the house and informed me what to do if I should have any problems with anything and whom to contact. Both of these ladies were very pleasant and did a great job. I definitely would recommend these homes to anyone.

The Beazer team at Poppy was amazing to work with. The team went out of their way countless times to make sure the home buying experience was easy and enjoyable. The sales team (Shannon and Jyoti) is fantastic. They were super friendly, and cared for us as customers. Their honesty and clear communication made us feel welcome and at ease in the midst of a huge financial milestone. The construction team was great too. We had so many opportunities to ask questions throughout the building process. Mike, Chris and their team went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the outcome of our home. From start to finish, the process was fairly quick. Once introduced to Cory, it felt like time flew to closing. The builder team, all teams really from design center to in person rep, we’re amazing. Cory went out of his way a few times to make sure we understood everything and stops by and checks on us. I can’t say enough great things about the builder team!

The two agents were great and always friendly. Agents are quick, fast, and professional. Always provide updates with new homes and updates on the new homes in the community. This is a great family oriented community. All neighbors are friendly and caring.

Beazer and their representatives were very timely and communicative during the buying process. All concerns and questions were clearly answered in a timely manner. This was my first home purchase and I chose to forego a realtor. Purchase a home without an agent was only possible thanks to a fair and transparent builder's representative like Connor. Garret has been easy to work with on the initial cosmetic items shortly after move in. So far I am happy with my purchase.

When my daughter and I went house hunting one weekend, the first model homes we looked at were the Beazer homes on Casselman road. On that first day, we fell in love with the model home bcuz my daughter and I really like the features and the amenities. Shawna (the sales rep) was really great explaining everything to us and what to expect as far as the loan processing and all the requirements that needs to be met in order to qualify.

He was a pleasure to work with and he is very knowledgeable about the housing, The prices the lot and all the little details that goes with buying a home . ERIC went over and beyond to make sure there was no issue Dealing with financing purchase and closing of escrow Any issues that come up - They quickly resolved it . Thank you again !
