We started in the homebuying process in March 2024. There were several delays due to the section being new and some delays with the roads. Once the process finally started, we were well informed on the progress with our home. Our contractor was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed watching our home come together. This will be our last home purchase and we definitely feel like we made the right decision.

They keeping us informed at every step from start to finish.They answered all our questions promptly and addressed any of our concerns. I can't recommend Bryce enough! From start to finish, Bryce demonstrated professionalism and a personal touch that made our experience exceptional. Even after the completion of our home, he made it a point to check in and ensure we were satisfied with everything. Recently, we encountered an issue with the drainage in our backyard. Although it was no longer Bryce's responsibility, he went above and beyond to ensure the problem was addressed. He kept us informed throughout the process and frequently stopped by our house to update us on the progress. Bryce’s attentiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. House is beautiful snd very energy efficient. It was fresh and clean when I moved in. I got a very detailed explanation of the home and a manual. So exciting for me to buy a brand new Beazer home!

The entire experience was phenomenal from the beginning when Nadia showed the home and highlighted all of the features and upgrades through the walkthrough and closing when Matt explained all the inner workings of the features to the home. Both Nadia and Matt were only a phone call or text away if needed. They were eager to help with any questions I had!

We had a great buying experience from the beginning. Each person we dealt with throughout the build process was exceptional in everything but they all stood out with the information they provided about the modern differences between Beazer and other builders. Understanding how our house works and how energy efficient it is has helped us come to enjoy the house more. We appreciate the attention to detail and the overall willingness to fix area where there were some bruises that happened through the build process. Purchasing my new home with Beazer was a non stressful experience. They worked very well with my realtor. My sales representitve Nick and on site construction manager Paul have been very helpful and accomodating.

Christian was a non-stop source of help for us in the process from beginning to end. Dude was 100% on point and gave accurate and appropriate responses that helped guide us to where we needed to be because of him I have recommended Beazer and Wildcat ranch to several people at my office as well as friends who live near by and want a good quality home. Furthermore Colten was incredibly helpful with the building process, he walked us through things we would never would have thought to ask until we couldn't ask anyone anymore.
