First time home buyer and understandably nothing is ever perfect but our builder Joe, and warrenty rep Donnie have been very fast and on top of every issue that arises to get resolved fast and correct.

Would buy through them again

While the build process took longer than anticipated, our building manager was helpful, informative and responsive during the entire process. I really felt like he cared about us and our new home.

Dalton & Connor were our project managers for our new home build, and with this being our first home we were constantly asking questions. They answered everything and then some without delay and kept us up to date on our progress. Can't more highly praise either of them, or the beazer team as a whole.

Abe, our new home counselor was incredibly welcoming and took his time to walk us through every detail even after we told him we were just browsing. Every home afterwards we subconsciously and consciously compared to Beazer, and every new home salesman to be honest. It took us less than a month of comparing to sign a contract with Abe. I had a great experience from working with the people at the model office and even more, working with the guys in the field. Any time i had a questions or a problem, they were there to fix it right away.

The sales consultant was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. The sales consultant followed up with weekly information and updates. The construction manager was excellent with the home consult walk-through. The construction manager provided great service and follow-up phone calls.

Buying our home with Beazer has been a great experience. First off Sarah our Sales Consultant was excellent in explaining everything and going over all our options. Maria at the design center was awesome and showed us everything we could upgraded. Last but not least Bill our Senior Consultant has taken care of all our needs whenever we call him.

This was not a easy journey but so worth it. Every encouraging word every you got this don’t cry it’s just part of the process was worth it. We are still on such joy that we were able to purchase our first brand new house. We are very pleased
